At Four Ladies NeedleArt, high quality Customer Service is our goal. If you have a problem with any product or service, please let us know. However, we do have some guidelines we operate by.
*Internet orders: Although we try our best to maintain an accurate inventory count on our website, there are occasions when you order an ‘in stock’ item on the internet that is ‘out of stock’. If most of the order is available, we will ship the order and note what is unavailable. Shipping on partial orders will be the lower of your either quoted cost or a revised estimate based on the new order. In order to keep my costs low I do not maintain a phone #.
