We are a locally owned needlework shop located in Evansville, in southern Indiana, sort of in the corner between Kentucky & Illinois. We have been in business since March 2004.
My view of needlework is very simple:
I love needlework.
I love needlepoint, knitting and crochet. I enjoy others as well, but seem to be most infatuated with those.
I love luxurious yarn, but I also love to make dishcloths.
I believe in having sales!
I am offended by businesses who think that it is a customers privilege to do business with them, and there are businesses who command a premium from their customers for this honor. Hogwash. I am only here because you choose to buy from me today, and I will do my best to make sure you want to buy from me tomorrow.
We have learned more from the business and our customers than we knew when we started, and every experience in customer service teaches us something. Have we made customer service mistakes? Sure. Do we do our best to make sure that same error doesn't occur again with another customer? Absolutely.
